Refund Policy

  1. Travel Fee A non-refundable travel fee is required at the time of booking. This fee secures your appointment time and ensures availability by reserving a time slot specifically for you, preventing overlapping bookings with other clients.
  2. Payment Upon Completion The remaining balance for the signing service must be paid in full immediately upon completion of the appointment.
  3. No Refund Policy All fees, including the travel fee and any other upfront payments, are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies even in cases of cancellation or rescheduling.
  4. Client Responsibility It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all necessary documentation, identification, and any additional requirements for the signing appointment are prepared and presented. Delays or cancellations resulting from incomplete preparation, a new travel fee will be required to reschedule and rebook the appointment.
  5. Service Agreement By booking the signing service and paying the travel fee, you acknowledge and agree to the refund policy.
